Jeff has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Jeff practiced real estate law from 1986 to 2000 and was ultimately a partner with the national law firm Arent Fox where he led the New York City real estate group. Jeff focused on representing institutions in the purchase of large portfolios of distressed loans and real estate assets. After a brief stint at a Goldman Sachs funded real estate technology start-up, Jeff joined the Principal Finance group at Goldman Sachs in 2001. During that time, Jeff concluded numerous distressed debt and real estate acquisitions in the United States and Europe. From 2003 to 2008, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Asset Management, Inc., a privately owned real estate and investment company based in New York City that owned a multi-billion dollar portfolio of real estate and other assets throughout the United States. Jeff obtained his B.A. from Columbia University in 1983 and his J.D. from George Washington University in 1986. Jeff lives in Brooklyn with his family.
